Honest review of Pa. Lawsuit Forms

The guide is easily understandable and setup in a way to research what form is needed, how to fill out completely and how and where to file it. What I questioned when receiving my downloadable forms is why the information has dating's from 2019 and 2020. Is that because of the original publishing date and are they up to date as of 2023. It is a bit confusing and I now will have to research a little further.

Thank you for your review, Thomas! We are actually in the process of updating all of our forms and guides. Pennsylvania has been completed and there have been no significant changes since the guides were first published.

Affording an attorney might not be possible for everyone.

But it should not stop you from representing yourself competently in court.  Our Pennsylvania Lawsuit Form package is a complete guide with easy to use forms and templates.  It will show you how to file a lawsuit or respond to a lawsuit yourself without an attorney!

Lawsuit Forms

The Pennsylvania Lawsuit Form package will show you how to file a lawsuit, respond to a lawsuit, send and respond to requests for production, introduce exhibits, offer objections, and interview witnesses at a hearing or trial.  All without an attorney.  Yes, you really can file a lawsuit without a lawyer!

This lawsuit guide is a 100% digital download that is available for use immediately after your purchase (an email will be sent to you with a link to download your forms). You must have the ability to open MS Word and PDF files to use these forms and guides.

If your lawsuit forms are not formatted correctly, they may be rejected by the court clerk! Lawsuitforms.org is the only website that offers state-specific form templates for filing a civil lawsuit.  Most other websites sell overpriced, poor quality, generic forms that are NOT in compliance with state court rules.

The Pennsylvania Lawsuit Form package includes ALL of the following as digital files.  No shipping is required.
